If you are confused as to what food you should feed your children, below are shown some foods are known as "Brain Food”, which is believed that the foods can improve concentration and memory as well as stimulate the growth of brain cells. Then, what are those?
Here are 10 good foods for the brain:

1. Salmon
Fatty fish is the best source of omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA) that are instrumental to the growth and development of brain function. Spinach, sweet potatoes, squash, Carrots, and tomatoes are vegetables-vegetable rich in nutrients and antioxidants that will make the brain cells so much stronger and healthier.

9. Beef with no fat
Lean beef is a food sources are rich in iron. Iron is one off essential minerals that can help children concentrate and remain energized when at school. Beef also has a mineral content such as zinc can help keep the memory.

10. Milk and Yogurt
